Fast 8k today … at least it was fast for me!

Been very busy lately with an auditory processing problem and educational issue with one of the girls. Its really minor and we picked it up early, so all is good. Its hard work and takes a big chunk of time out of the day and does impact on the running. I can now really appreciate parents who have children with autism and related disorders.
