Just an easy 6k; the girls came on their bikes – I need to run faster to keep up with them.

Was running behind a girl for a while that had a very pronounced abductory twist. I blogged about that here. I also very recently learnt that this is more widely called a medial heel whip – not sure how that one got past me! There has been a good recent discussion on this at Podiatry Arena.
